“Before Fresh Fuel i was TRYING, but in the wrong ways. I work full-time, a full-time student, and a full-time mama to two toddlers. Instead of prepping healthy meals, I counted calories. Instead of trying new exercises I did the same one for 20 mins every other day because my time is limited and I didn’t have time to learn a new one. I was constantly bloated, tired, grumpy, and felt guilty about every food I put in my mouth.
After Fresh Fuel I am exercising for 10 mins a day with new workouts, and FINALLY seeing results. I don’t count calories and I don’t feel guilty because I know I’m giving my body what it needs. I have more energy and just feel happier and better about myself. “I have been following The Fresh Fuel for some time now. I have been dealing with weight gained caused by being treated for Graves Ds (hyperthyroidism). I have talked to my endocrinologist about my inability to lose weight and he just keeps telling me to workout more. I like to workout but some weeks I can get it in and some weeks I can not due to work or our kids’ activities. Last Spring, I did a boot camp class and was able to lose 10 pounds but I was injured in that class. So beginning in August of 2018 to December I was in PT and ended up having to have shoulder surgery. The lack of exercise and my feeling down and out led to my stress eating. I would eat decent throughout the week and then blow it on the weekend. I was released in March from PT, but by that point my energy levels were so low. Sometimes I would get up and go to the gym but most mornings, I would just turn off the alarm and go back to sleep. I felt like I could never get enough sleep. I was so sluggish. I also hit a weight that I had only seen in pregnancy. This summer, I slowly started getting back to the gym to be a good role model for my daughters. I kept seeing The Fresh Fuel posts and then the Refresh popped up! I thought $15! Sure I can do that! I mean, I have spent so much money trying to lose weight, $15 was music to my ears because in the back of my mind, if I didn’t lose weight, it wouldn’t feel like a huge loss cost-wise. I sent Meghan a private message to tell her what I deal with with my thyroid disorder and she made me feel so comfortable. So I signed up, my husband and oldest daughter helped me food prep and the transformation began. First of all, the recipes are amazing! I am picky, but I just leave out what I don’t like and still get a great meal! By days 5-7 I could tell my energy levels were getting better. I was waking up before my alarm clock would go off at 3:40AM!(yes AM) It felt so good to be in a routine again. Then on day 7, I could feel like my metabolism was up. I was getting heat flushes. Nope not hormones because my husband joined in and noticed the same thing at the same time. I cannot thank Meghan enough for the work she is doing. I have continued to eat her meals and use the workouts on days that I can’t or don’t want to drive to the gym. I am happy to report that I am 7 pounds down and I am loving the way I am feeling! Even more so, I love that she threw in some education on thyroid, IF, and Keto. I started IF on day 7 and haven’t looked back! Thank you The Fresh Fuel!! Keep it coming! I’m a believer!”

I started this journey at 140. When I joined your group I was about 135. Today I stepped on the scale and I was 124.8.
I love how when I wake up I make time to work out – it’s my “me time.” I love how easy it is to make a good choice now days.
I’m even considering become a certified nutritionist. I know that the small changes lead to the big changes.

“I tried Fresh Fuel the first time through the Fresh Fuel 6 Program. I had been at a plateau with my weight for over a year, at the time. I was still 15 pounds away from my goal weight, and experiencing non-lasting results from several unsuccessful diets, mostly because I would become so overwhelmed with the research required to know what to eat and when to eat it, that in-turn I would give up before any change took place. When I saw a post about Fresh Fuel 6 back in May, I didn’t even hesitate to sign up because I knew I could do anything for 6 days and $6 was all I had to lose. After downloading the meal plan, I was nervous because, I need to add, I AM NOT A COOK! Baking chicken and steaming vegetables was about all of the meal prepping experience I had… but then I saw the grocery list! And not just a list, but an organized grocery list! (Insert the Aaaaahhhhhhssss here). I vowed to give it everything I had for those 6 days, and I was completely surprised by my results. I dropped 7 pounds in 6 days, and not just 7 unnoticeable pounds… 7 pounds that I could see gone from my belly (my problem area). I honestly did not expect results like that, and in my many years of dieting I haven’t experienced anything like it before. My stomach actually felt flatter, defined even! And the recipes were so yummy and filling. I signed up for the full 30 day Fresh Fuel Program soon after, and I was able to lose a few more pounds, but even more satisfying than that, I now feel like I have a much better knowledge of what fueling my body in a healthy way looks like. I still have so much more to learn, but I have the confidence to know I am able to follow a healthy meal plan week to week, no matter how busy my week becomes. It’s totally doable! And when I step a little outside the ‘plan’ for the week, it’s easy to jump right back on. I CAN cook healthy, filling meals that consist of more than just baked chicken and steamed vegetables… I CAN make better choices by checking ingredients before I purchase food… I CAN cook things that even my kids and husband will enjoy! But I couldn’t have done any of it without Fresh Fuel!”
P.S. I now fluctuate about 3 to 5 pounds away from my goal weight (sometimes more depending on what kind of weekend I had 🤦🏻♀️) but honestly, that number isn’t near as important to me anymore.
